We regularly hear from guests that our place is the best ST rental they have ever enjoyed. This immaculately redone historic carriage house sits on our 1-acre lot (the largest intact single-family lot left in Denver). Our property has huge vegetable and flower gardens, a private pergola for outdoor meals, an outdoor gas fire pit, a private pickleball court (seriously) and a large in-ground hot tub available to long-term stay guests. The house is super charming with blazing fast wifi, surround sound projection screen tv, full kitchen and all of the serenity and privacy you'd want. All within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and only 1.5 miles from downtown.We regularly host remote workers, grandparents in town for visits, and folks just checking out Denver, our mountains or a show at nearby Red Rocks.
During your stay at this cottage, you're just a quick walk from Sloan's Lake Park. Enjoy features like a hot tub. The cottage includes amenities such as a kitchen and a patio.

Great Location in beautiful setting.

Quaint carriage house set back from the owners main homestead in nice neighborhood with lots to offer within walking distance. Private fenced in back patio and very nice front porch overlooking the property gardens. Easy drive to Red Rocks and other areas.
