Located just a few minutes from City Park, Denver Zoo and the Museum of Nature and Science. Conveniently just a few blocks away from Kearney Street Shops with Cake Crumbs Bakery and Cafe (they also make cakes to order), Neighbors Wine Bar, Lucina restaurant, Grape Expectations Wine & Spirits, Bistro Vendome French Restaurant (coming early 2023). Additionally, walking distance to Honey Hill Bakery and Cafe, Spinelli's Italian market and liquor store, and The Cherry Tomato Italian restaurant. The neighborhood has several walkable parks and green spaces. Next to Honey Hill is a wonderful, small playground (William H. Ferguson park) that is great for small children and very popular within the neighborhood. A bit further to the east is Oneida Park which has a number of restaurants and shops. Please note, this is not a pet friendly home. Pets of any kind, including service animals, are not allowed at the home as the homeowner has severe allergies and lives in the house when it's not being rented.
