First off when we got there we waited 25 minutes to get checked in as no one was at the front desk. I called the hotel and listened to the phone ring for 10 minutes and no one answered. Next the homeless people going in and out of that hotel was horrible. Also we were upgraded a room but someone was smoking in our floor, the door didn’t lock and if you pushed hard enough on the outside of the door you could enter our room. It was terrifying. The room was ok but the carpet was stained. We come to Denver for appointments but we will NEVER EVER stay here again

Really nice rooms. Clean and comfortable. The area isn’t the greatest, with a trailer park next to it, but it’s safe. Rooms are big, well maintained and clean.

The front desk lady gave me a room that was not clean. The toilet had feces marks and that was very nasty. I had to go back and get a new room. In addition, she wasn’t very helpful. She was not able to give me a fork or spoon. My second room did not have an iron and I had to request one.

No luggage carts available as I believe they have only one Parking is all the way down the opposite end of the building as the entrance. The door that should open with a card access does not work but the card key at the other side works if you want to walk down the narrow alley. The staff takes up every parking space by the door so they surely don’t care about you. The breakfast they say to look forward to is absolutely horrible and a very limited selection. I would avoid the location at all costs The room was well laid out and we did enjoy having a couch as well as the large bed.
