I had a few issues with my room. I spoke with Shawn, the manager and he had it handled in no time. He’s an excellent manager to have in your hotel. The ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful. My room was clean and the pool and hot tub was a bonus,

Water in the tub drained really slow, standing in shower water up to your calves. Outlets in bathroom didn't work. Breakfast lady was so quick to remove breakfast items 10 min before breakfast was over and many things were out. Front desk was awesome though,very nice and helpful.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Mattresses were on the hard side and pillows were extremely lumpy or flat. The WiFi did not work at all for us. It would connect but it had no internet service. Breakfasts were excellent. Overall a nice stay. We stayed six nights and I’d probably book again.

Staff is everything when staying at hotels. And this staff is amazing, polite, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and all the above. Great stay, will be back there in February because they were so accommodating.

Room was dirty we found a hair type in the corner of the room like it wasn’t cleaned in that area. We used the pull out bed for our kid and we had to go get sheets and blankets for it from the front desk. Bathroom was run down and wall paper coming off

I hate leaving bad reviews but I reached out to their management and never heard back. The place had friendly staff but they were not well managed. Our rooms tv's never worked, our room wasn't cleaned once during our stay and there was standing water in the tub when we arrived, we ran out of shampoo and such and requested more towels multiple times but were told they were out and they'd bring some up later, never came. Same with the tv said they'd fix it the next morning and didnt come the entire week... we had to use my laptop for tv. out bathroom faucet was so corroded that it fell off, we didnt have hot water a majority of the time, and someone tried to break into our car, another cars window was smashed in and their was a standoff across the street. This is a nice ritzy neighborhood. Definitely not what I was expecting.
