A clean and newly built two bedroom walkout basement apartment in a bi-level home on a quite street located only 10 minutes drive from the Denver International Airport, 5 minutes drive from the nearest light rail as well as I-70.
Two clean furnished bedrooms, full bathroom, living room, wet bar, and kitchen equipped with stove and microwave for light cooking.
Guests will have easy access to the unit by parking on the wide, clean and quite street but owner is also willing to have driveway available.
Though I am generally a quite and reserved person, yes, I am always available to not only answer questions but also interact and assist guest as needed to make their stay enjoyable.
There are several restaurants, convenience stores and also gas stations in a couple of minutes drive as well as bus rides.
It has been quite few years since I purchased the house, and have been living here. I like the multicultural aspect and also the relatively quite neighbors I live in.
The wide and clean and well lit streets are accessible by personal car, taxi, and also other public transportation such as city bus and access-a ride. The neighborhood is bicycle friendly as well.

Nice location and stay

I love how it was basically a house in a basement. Had all the basics, wish kitchen was a little bigger and had a personal thermostat that I could have used. But overall nice quick stay and good location, about 25 mins.

Beautiful property, conveniently located. Everything looked new or recently renovated. Property owner was easy to contact, and attentive but not obtrusive (I never saw them but was notified when I left my car lights on). I have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommended.
