The front desk lady Loni was an absolute nightmare!! She was so rude and prejudice against me and my family! She ended up cancelling our stay because she said our kind wasn’t “welcome” there. We did call cooperate and report her directly so hopefully she can work in a field more aligned with her “values” I feel bad for anyone who has to stay here!

Parking lot was near empty and I still was placed in an ADA accessible room. Across the hall neighbors im pretty sure lived there full time, most of the day the hallway smelled like weed. Everytime someone walked above me, it sounded like the roof was going to cave in, keeping me up a lot of the night. Pancakes were top tier though.

The stay here was OK. The toilet kept clogging and because of limited staff I had to come down and get the plunger a few times. When the plunger didn’t work, they did fix the toilet. One front desk woman was not the friendliest. They only provide a small container of shampoo, so I had to go out and buy a few toiletries. I used the fitness center treadmill which worked great. The pancake maker at breakfast is really cool.
