Checkout is 11 AM. Housekeeping showed up at 9:10 AM and didn't read the Do Not Disturb. Then showed up at 10:30 AM, again didn't read Do Not Disturb. You get a text in the morning seeing when you're leaving. Anywhere else it's noted for check-out.

1st room very unclean, we got a new one, which was better. Ice machine broken, no hairdryer, window was broken letting a lot of sound in from outside. The room doors are also poorly sealed, you can see light coming in from the sides. It is a wooden door, and definitely doesn’t block any sound. The staff was friendly, and breakfast delicious!

Large gap under door . Could see lots of light and hear lots of noise. No screen on window. Room was really hot even with air conditioner running. No hangers for clothes or drawers for personal items. Staff was rarely at front desk. No bell to alert staff. Waited some time before someone came to check us in. Toilet paper was like sandpaper. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Only small bar soap. Loud, room upstairs was noisyALL night. Sounded like they were moving furniture around all night. Seemed pretty clean. But not a lot of amenities. Very minimal so if you are looking for comfort this is NOT the place.
