The theater features a 100-inch screen with a smart projector, soundbar, sound-treated ceilings, blackout curtains, and reclining seating, along with a popcorn maker for a full cinema experience. The suite includes a king bed in one bedroom, a queen bed in the other, and a sofa for additional sleeping. In the living space, you’ll find a record player with a curated vinyl collection, lounge seating, games, and an electric fireplace. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster, and a coffee maker with pods and creamer provided. The bathroom includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, filtered water, and is stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and essentials.

The home is located in a residential neighborhood and is not within walking distance of major attractions, so a car or rideshare is recommended. Laundry is available upon request, with complimentary use for stays of three nights or more; shorter stays may access it for a one-time fee. The laundry area is located in a secured space reserved for guest use during your stay. Each bedroom includes a smart TV, and the theater room features a 110-inch screen with a smart projector accessible through your personal streaming logins.
