location overall good, staff great. breakfast good and reasonably priced per market rates. unfortunately, it's an older hotel and the rooms need a refresh. mattress especially was soft and saggy, with first night nearly doing my back in. luckily sleeping in the middle of the king was better for the next two nights. bathrooms are clean, but the heavy use of many years is showing. shower handle loose and hard to turn, toilet handle nearly broken as well. probably would not stay there again.
