Welcome to your own private studio! Enjoy your stay on the top floor of a brand new condo complex with downtown skyline views of the city, and a large private balcony to soak it in!
A thoughtfully designed home complete with plants, natural light, high-end appliances/furniture, and city views, it is the perfect retreat right in the heart of city.
Located in trendy RiNo, you are a block off of Denver’s most happening street filled with restaurants, galleries, breweries, and bars!

THE SPACE
This space features a custom built in bed platform with a queen sized mattress, and even skyline views from the bed!

The balcony boasts enough room for a sectional sofa, a table, and chairs. With Denver’s sun it’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the city (even sometimes in the winter)!

The kitchen comes with stone counters, brand new high-end stainless steel appliances, including a smart fridge, an induction range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware.

The space also features:
- A couch with coffee table
- A mounted 54" tv
- Bathroom with towels and some basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap)
- Counter space for eating or for use as a workspace
- High speed (1 GIG) wifi
- In unit washer and dryer
- Unique features/decor including custom bathroom wall mural, outdoor edison string lights, a neon sign, and an oasis of plants!

THE COMPLEX
The complex includes a private park with bbq grills, an outdoor deck with fire pits, a yoga studio below, a bodgea, bakery/coffee shop, and Denver’s best high-end Japanese restaurant, Uchi.
Even cooler, the complex has a focus on sustainable living, including a solar rooftop, and 15,000 sqft of urban farm and greenhouse. As well as a live in artist program that brings upon unique art pieces which can be found all throughout the complex.

LOCATION
Located right in the heart of downtown RiNo (river north arts district) you are a block off of Denver’s most happening street (Larimer) filled with restaurants and bars. Enjoy a night out just blocks from your room with seemingly endless options for restaurants, galleries, breweries, nightclubs, and bars. No need to even bring a car or call an uber!

Just across is a 4-star boutique hotel, the Ramble. Which features two restaurants, multiple bars, and rooftop right at your fingertips!

RiNo, Denver’s hippest area itself is famous for its many breweries, contemporary art galleries, street art, and concert venues. And not to mention it’s walking proximity to downtown, LoDo, and ballpark.

Getting around
Luckily you will be staying right in the heart of Denver, so a car isn’t required. You can walk almost anywhere, to Coors field, restaurants, or shopping. There is also many shared bikes and scooters services, and of course Uber/Lyft.

There is a bus stop just a block down, and we are within walking distance to Union station and 38th and Blake station where you can get anywhere in Denver, especially the airport.

Notes:
Please be aware the unit is bright and sunny with large windows (one of the best things about it!). There are 2 sets of curtains, sheer privacy curtains, and room darkening but NOT blackout.

Check in/check out
Check in is after 4pm and checkout before 11 am.
Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability (based on cleaners schedule). Starting at $19 per hour of early check in or late check out up to $49 (meaning depending on schedule you may be able to get an extremely early or late checkout for $49, or if you just need an extra hour or so $19) .
Please note to request in advance if interested, day of requests may be hard to meet.

* No shoes inside There’s a white rug, and our small place gets dirty quick. Feel free to leave shoes outside the door as well especially if it's raining/snowing/muddy. (Fee will be charged if stains on rug).
* Lost keys/fob $400 fee
* Longterm guests: Please water the live plants if staying for a week or longer
* Pets:
* Pet fee is mandatory!
* We have had some bad experiences with allowing pets in this listing, however love animals ourselves so we do not want to completely limit this. ONLY bring your dog if it is well trained and you know it will be fine left alone and in a new small space without barking etc. Any damage, extra cleaning, and/or noise complaints can result in a costly fine.
* The building itself is dog friendly, you may take your dog (on leash) to the private park in the center. There is a doggy bathroom area within the park and free doggy bag stations, and doggy bag disposals around the complex.
* Any pet is mandatory subjected to our pet fee
* Any damages, complaints, or extra cleaning will be charged
* 1 smaller dog only, no additional animals
* Only well trained dogs that can be left alone
* Dog must be placed in a crate while you are gone
* Dog must be on leash in the building and complex (park included)
