The hotel had just opened 3 days earlier, so it was immaculate. You could still smell a hint of fresh paint. The staff was very new and were not yet familiar with the hotel policies and food options in the area. Hopefully this will improve after they have been fully trained. The rooms provided kitchen appliances, including dishwashers. However, other than the appliances, the room amenities were scarce. No tissues in the room nor welcome information; i.e., hotel policies, nearby attractions, food options. There were towels and washcloths, but no hand towels. The hand soap at the sink was out of its packaging, so someone had touched it before I used it. Luckily the soap in the shower was still in its package. Finally, I had a room with a single queen bed. The right side of the bed was so close to the wall, you couldn’t get to one side of the bed. You had to scoot to the bottom in order to get in and out of the bed. Since there were 2 of us, that was an issue.
We had flight issues at Denver airport, missed our connecting flight, so we had to spend the night in Denver. Found this hotel last minute thru Hotels. com. All the hotels in the area were sold out, so we landed at this hotel. It was fine for an overnight stay and the rate was great.
