Water would leak through a light fixture in the ceiling in the bathroom and creating little bubbles in the ceiling as well. They had to call maintenance to fix it at 10:30 at night. Additionally the bathroom door did not line up with the frame so it was difficult to close. Finally the microwave pretty much did not work. The staff was nice and the hotel was beautiful but this is not what I'd expect from a hotel with the name Hilton on it.

I requested a wake-up call and never received it. Also the shower in room 303 simply does not work. I didn't find that out until just before I had to leave so I didn't have time to complain... mainly because the wake-up call never came through. Also there was a room service tray outside of the neighboring room for my entire stay. Staff never picked it up.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. The sheets were dirty, the floor was dirty. The beds were so uncomfortable. The juice and soda machine has mold growing at the bottom where the drain is. You have to pay $15.00 to park and that doesn’t even last until check out time. I do not recommend.
