The hotel looked nice and and it was clean. The rooms were clean and stocked. However the beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are paper thin. I was charged for parking even though I had no car.

Overall, everything was good, not great. The bathroom smelled a little like the sewer was backed up, although the toilet was working well. The water pressure in the shower was not as good as I remember in the past, we were on the 8th floor this time, so I wonder if that had anything to do with it. The room stayed hot during the night even though I turned the thermostat down, it was a little hard to sleep with the room so warm. Yes, the room was clean and all the employees were friendly and courteous.
