Good VRBO with great location

Overall, our stay at this property was good. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is perfectly laid out for a family/friend vacation. The hosts were very friendly and the home pretty much has everything you would need. Two things about the property that were not ideal was the cleanliness level (bathrooms and floors - everything else was very clean) and the constant thudding sound of the air vent/fan (we think that's what it was). If these two things can be addressed, I'd give it five stars. We'd stay here again.

Weekend graduation trip

Location was close to where we wanted to be but the neighborhood is sketchy. House next door has a broken down RV parked. The back yard is ok for a dog but not inviting to sit out there. The house was clean and comfortable but despite the upgrades it was old and creaky.
