Experience a private sanctuary in a beautifully designed home that features tons of space, theater area, game room, and art studio.



The Space:

You will receive a unique 4 digit code prior to your arrival of the property.

The house features a large living room with a piano, dining room, and open kitchen concept perfect for entertaining friends and family.

There is an office that you may use as a dedicated workspace, or as a separate sleeping area with sofa sleeper.

There is a mother-in-law suite on the main floor with a queen size bed has a private, full size bathroom. There is also a half bath for convenience located near the kitchen.

Upstairs there are several bedrooms. You will find a master bedroom with a comfy queen sized bed and private bathroom.

There is one bedroom with 2 twin size beds and another bedroom with a bunk bed featuring a full size bed on the bottom, and a twin size bed on the top.

The basement features a theater with soft reclining chairs and a large screen for your favorite movies. There is also a game room, art studio, yoga mats and weights, and a comfortable family room area.

The house is tucked away in the Hiwan Country Club in Evergreen and is within a close driving distance to grocery stores, post office, and all the shops and restaurants that the cozy town of Evergreen has to offer.



Getting Around:

This property is a short 8 minute drive for groceries at Safeway. There are 4 different restaurants all within a 3 mile radius of the property.
