And for those who love grilling the Traeger grill is just outside the back door. The open kitchen layout is perfect for entertaining. The dining room table accommodates seating for ten and additional bench seating for another seven.

Two wonderful great rooms for friends and family to gather, three smart TV’s with satellite connection, pellet stove fireplace, four bedrooms with two queen beds, one full bed, two twin beds and one full pullout sofa/sleeper. Three full bathrooms, one with stand up shower and two with bathtub/shower. Master bedroom includes a TV, full bathroom and sliding glass doors to the back deck.

OUTDOOR LIVING AREAS:
Three decks with outdoor seating, two on the front of the property with exceptional panoramic views and one deck on the backside of property with a view up a mountain where the Bocce ball and Horseshoe courts are located. Wonderful spaces to enjoy the spectacular views, hiking and wildlife.

PARKING: Plenty of free parking and space for RV parking.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Complimentary high speed WiFI, coffee filters supplied, washer and dryer, laundry pods, towels and linens, dishwashing, handwashing, bath and shower gel, cleaning, paper towels, tissue and TP supplies. In the summer high end portable air conditioners and room fans if needed. In the winter, thermostat heating throughout the house so you can set rooms to your desired heating level and a wonderful pellet stove in the fireplace in the main living room. 4WD or AWD vehicles recommended in the winter.
