The entire staff was super courteous and professional. Breakfast was actually above par with biscuits and gravy and bagel omelettes (new one for me) were apart of the semi daily options. Coffee is my go to kick and it was well prepared and in abundance. The staff made my stay very nice with extra options like Christmas trees in our room and Christmas decorations since we stayed the entire week over Christmas. I believe it was on a secret menu for our stay. So please see the management for that option. Cookies came at the end of our stay with phenomenal soft gooey chocolate chip cookies. All in All, I wish I could’ve taken some of the staff home, I was so impressed with them.

El peor hotel donde me he hospedado, tuvimos la terrible experiencia que nos rompieron los vidrios de nuestra camioneta estacionada justo afuera del lobby del hotel, también rompieron vidrios de varios carros más, nos robaron pertenencias. Nos dirigimos a la recepción y la chica de mala manera grosera dijo no podemod hacer nada, el manager se encontraba ahí en su oficina y no quiso salir a dar la cara. Dijeron resuelvan, no nos hacemos responsables. Tuvimos que buscar quien nos pusiera el vidrio para seguir nuestro viaje, con niños. El Personal del hotel dijo eso suele pasar. No recomiendo este hotel. Se siente la inseguridad. No hay nadie en el lobby solo la recepcionista. No vaya a este hotel. Corre el riesgo que le roben sus pertenencias. El peor hotel.

I booked this hotel while on a plane flying into Denver. There was a snow storm and I needed to spend the night. One of the top reviews said this hotel was "exceptional". This hotel is far from that: the bed is like a futon and the sheets were meh. Very few restaurants near the hotel. The room was clean. The breakfast was the usual standard cheap hotel fare. It was fine, but I wouldn't stay there again.
