Our vintage 1962 Applewood home is yours to enjoy. We give you space and total privacy. Francis and I live quietly on the second floor, so you may occasionally see us out in the yard, feeding the wild birds, working in the gardens, or playing with our sweet golden retriever HollywoodTango and our two grey cats, LadyDee & RabbitJane.

The rental is a really nice property and the location worked perfect for us - close to family and friends as well as Red Rocks, where we were seeing a concert. The one bedroom unit was all newly and tastefully redone. King bed had a very comfortable mattress and nice bedding, the bathroom equipped with a tub/shower, plush towels, shampoo etc. The kitchen was also well outfitted. We had planned to cook but unfortunately we ran out of time, however the cookware, utensils etc were of great quality and I think most people would find everything they need. There is a lovely patio equipped with table and chairs and lounging area. And you have great view of the front range.Most of all Rachel and Francis are great hosts and will do all they can to make you comfortable.
