The Grand Hyatt was clean and confortable. There was only one accessible outlet in the room across from the bed but they brought us an extension cord. Also had no coffee maker in room. Inconveniences were outweighed by the comfort.

Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Great location near shopping and good eats. They have a text messaging option to ask questions I found very convenient! Only disappointment was we were told there was a business center we could work out of until our room was ready and they didn't have one. They did get is into our room super fast which was great!

Lovely first night of our mountain honeymoon! The staff welcomed us with (fake) flower petals on the bed, some complimentary snacks, balloons, etc. The room itself was very comfortable and we were thankful for the blackout curtains with the early sunrise!

Awesome Hotel. Hotel interior (lobby, common areas, room, etc) were all very nice. Check-in was smooth and took a couple of minutes. All of the staff was super nice. OH! and the coffee at the market was amazing, better than some of the local coffee places we went to. One afternoon they were handing out free hotdogs and beer! Overall a great experience! Beware - $50 per night for parking in their garage. I know this is city pricing, but I thought that was super steep. Stll giving it 5 stars.
