The property was very good from a location standpoint as we were visiting family in the area. Did not have address or check in/checkout info until day of arrival. Had to Contact Michael a few times to clarify. He was quick to respond. There is a person living in the basement of the property which we were not aware of before renting. There are locks for privacy to the basement and no problems but feel it should be made apparent in advance. The patio door does not lock and is only secured with a metal bar to prevent entry. Property needs some TLC…..Bare minimum for kitchen amenities if you are cooking and towels in bathroom are stained.
