No shoes, food, or colored beverages in the basement please. We invested in very nice carpet for our guests and hope to keep it that way!
Keep noise to a minimum after 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends. No hosting parties.
There is no smoking or pets allowed inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
