The hotel was fine, I just didn’t like how they advertised having a hot tub but it was not working, wasn’t even filled up with water after, which makes me think that’s it’s been rust way for awhile and they didn’t take that amenity off the website. Which to me is ridiculous!

Just needs updated a little.

The mattress and pillows need to be changed out. We could not sleep. Our first stay on the 3rd floor was fine but this time it was awful. Heard a fan or something running on the roof that also kept us awake. The airport shuttle drivers were very good and friendly.

What a great place to stay!! Had to also bring my two small dogs. Bed was comfy, shower was great, and breakfast was pretty good. Was nice to cook in room.

Called front desk after airport arrival to confirm shuttle and no mention was made to be sure and go to west side for pick up. We waited for at least 45 minutes and after calling back, were then told the shuttle only picks up on west side. After over an hour wait outside, we got picked up. Extremely poor communication from front desk. Sent email to manager Antonia Williams, but no response.

Excellent two night stay. Shuttle bus to and from airport was great. We used this to return to airport and took the train into Denver on our first day. So easy and cheap too. We grabbed a quick bite when we arrived this was ok. Not too much choice. Lovely size room with huge shower.

Sub par Hotel+ False Advertisement

Pool is out of service and the hot tub is drained completely. False advertising, I would not have booked at this location had I known. Food was average, not very good, and our windows were dirty upon check in. During your stay bird feces covered our windows. Nice sized room is the only positive. Check in receptionist need further training. Also you should let the guest know of the parking fee and $150 deposit before arrival. Some people may not have it, my family is fortunate to be so blessed. Wouldn’t stay here again. Sub par experience.
