The elevator was broken - no big deal but the hall and lobby looked a little dirty but the room was clean - bed is comfortable but the pillow was weird the shuttle was nice I did reserve a spot but it was packed ! - the hotel is a cashless hotel so I was not able to leave a tip for the driver or maid :(

Needs better attention to detail for maintenance

The place looks nice, but it doesn't seem to have been well maintained. Elevator was broken, hot tub was out of service, several outlets in the room were worn out (phone charger falls out because they are loose), little things like noisy fan in bathroom and rust accumulating on fixtures. Bathroom shower door would not close fully as it was misalligned.
