I stayed at 2 Hyatt hotels in Denver (including Hyatt Place downtown). Both were excellent and price friendly. Hyatt is beating both Hilton and Marriott.

We booked here because of the price and swimming pool/hot tub, however when we checked in, there was an additional $50 charge and the pool was freezing. The hot tub looked green/brown, not sure what was growing in there, but it was so cloudy, you could barely see the bottom.
