Allergies beware

Hotel is still good condition considering few in the area are newer. Staff was great. Only issue, which we knew going in, is that it was a pet friendly hotel. We love pets! But I have allergies. Our room had dog hair on the couch and floor. Not a big deal, the bed was clean which is the most important. The weirdest part, was we stepped on 4 or 5 goat heads while there. We could only assume the previous dog brought them in, but man goat heads in the feet are not fun!

The hotel was newer or remodeled. Very clean . The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was great! The sitting area to eat and or relax was nice and relaxing.

Everything was amazing, housekeeping could have been better as we ended up staying an extra night and requested room service but they never came in to clean our room, provide towels and clean linens. Other wise it was a great stay.

Their policy for housekeeping is every other day. I was there for four days & housekeeping never entered my room. The trash cans were full, dirty towels in the bathroom & bed never made. I requested housekeeping 3 times at the front desk I was told they had already left for the day. I was able to pick up clean towels on the 2nd night. On the On the third evening, the gentleman at the front desk went to my room & emptied the trash & left clean towels. I have tried calling the front office manager twice. I left a message the first time & never received a return phone call. Second time her voicemail was full & I was told to call back again.
