Honestly, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had—and I travel a lot and stay in tons of hotels. First off, I didn’t even get the room I reserved months in advance and paid for. They gave me a room that smelled bad and had the wrong bed size. When I asked the manager to do something about the smell or change my room, she said: okay, I will send someone to take care of the smell and I have no available room so it is what it is. And then… nothing. No help, no air freshener, no room change until the last day after three days enjoying the smelly room. The manager had zero empathy and just didn’t care. The pictures online? Super misleading. The rooms are way smaller in real life. The only nice part was the housekeeping and front desk staff—they were sweet. But everything else? A mess. Also, don’t expect basics like water in the lobby, and the bar closes at 11pm. Just... no. Save yourself the stress. Skip this place.

$3 per bottle of bottle provided in the hotel room was ridiculous. Especially considering my stay was 4 days . If I needed to sign up for Hilton whatever points I should’ve been advised of such. Two bath towels and face wash clothes was very limited considering my 4 night stay . Also, no menu of food provided for charge or food options in hotel room.

Hilton disappointed!!!

First room given was not even cleaned yet, second room had one hand towel and no toilet paper. Just not what I would expect out of a Hilton hotel.
