Stopped didn't work in bathroom sink. There was a piece of metal hanging out the side of the bed. Scratched my husband's leg. Dangerous. They say satisfaction is guaranteed but I had two requests and they said "good suggestions" but nothing was done. Cleaning staff was very courteous and room was clean. Had to pay to park in their parking lot! Ridiculous.
