The only and main issue was parking. There's a separate garage but wasn't advised this upon check in. So coming in later after midnight, there was no spots open. Went in and had to ask and then be advised of the garage and it's codes to get in

Definitely wouldn’t mind staying here again, you had to have your hotel room key to access any door or elevator which I liked. When I was looking for hotels I wanted a nice one with a hot tub so I chose this one but wasn’t very impressed with it

Nice room in downtown Denver. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was good. The water in the sink in the bathroom only ran lukewarm water no matter where you turned the faucet.

We had a great overnight stay at this property. 1/2 hood, 1/2 not - but easy and comfortable. Parking isn’t free which sucks - $15/day - that parked sucked considering we weren’t in the city. But staff was nice. No free breakfast. Balcony room was great on the top floor!

There was no hot water in the building because 2 boilers were down. They tried switching rooms but was ineffective. Hot tub had no hot water. Very disappointing!!! Ice machines didn’t work, breakfast was horrible. They wouldnt fill water jug up located by front desk. Front staff wasn't very friendly.
