Horrible!!

Didn’t even stay! Reserved room with FURNISHED balcony. When entering the room it was not furnished. Would’ve been understandable if I would’ve been notified at check in but was never told! Then looking at the bed, had hair all over the sheets, stains, etc! So we asked for a different room and it was even worse! Also when walking into the lobby it stinks like wet dog! HORRIBLE, spend that extra $50 and get a better hotel!!

Call ahead to ask about everything

During our stay 4 days 3nights we had ZERO cold water in the sink or shower, no remotes, no access to balcony. Two different rooms. Staff told us “oh it must be a water pump issue” almost a week later still no points given to holiday in account for issues, or refunds. Was horrible.

Bathroom was pretty dirty. Had to ask for garbages to be emptied and asked for more towels but received. We ended up leaving a day early because of suspicious behavior around the hotel by a group of homeless individuals. We didn’t feel safe.

Just as you would expect a Holiday Inn to be. They even sent me a shuttle to the RTD Central Park station within 10 minutes of calling. Huge shout out to Michelle from Transportation!

Staff was very rude. Called a week before to see about early check in. Lady told me it would cost extra, which would have been fine, but before I could say so, she cut me off to say they still would not guarantee the rooms would be ready. Day of check in, deck clerk very rude, like we was inconvenience to him. On last day, we decided to eat at the hotels restaurant, when we walked in the lady called us to the bar, asked what we wanted. Son told her we was there to eat, she rudely said "Fine,, I guess find a table" The rooms where clean and comfy though
