Room was way too hot all night at 78°. Asked to fix that and the phone while we were gone all day saturday and never got fixed. Phone couldnt dial out to anything including front desk or valet. Fridge also never got very cold at all. Also water pressure is terrible.

No hotwater and very small bathroom

Clean and beds comfortable. No hotwater at all. Bathroom very small. No extra lights or lamps in room. No frig or microwave. Just small. Clean and beds good. Valet required but parks car blocks away. The no hotwater that night or morning. Never reached out when I specifically talked to desk in person and left my phone number.

Cleanliness was top notch. Valet guys were awesome as well as front desk personnel. Safety was a priority for guests! My only complaints are that you could not control your room temperature and you could hear people conversing in neighboring rooms.
