We checked in and had to wait over 30 minutes for our room to be ready when we had reserved this room and paid in advance weeks before. They did nothing to accommodate this. We actually tried to check in earlier, the front desk told us “you don’t have a room” so we came back at 3:00pm and were still told it was not ready. The breakfast food was blan, we did not even bother to go back for a second day.

This hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, and off site parking. The lobby is unique with plenty of seating and the swings in the lobby are so much fun. The staff was super friendly. We will be staying here again.

The day we went there was an amazing price only $69 for the night. Room was spacious with all the appliances. They granted me a 12 noon complementary checkout. The location is great right by the convention center. Staff was really nice and they had a full bar, which was amazing. The only thing was that the breakfast ran out very quickly. There was a lot of people looking to eat, and by the time we got there, there was still an hour left of breakfast and all of the food was gone. But other than that, we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

Staying at this place was such a great decision!!!! I was worried about transportation and safety because it was my first time in Denver but this hotel made everything so easy. Staff was kind and welcoming.They have delicious breakfast buffet and also a little market that saved me one day with drinks and candies. Definitely, I would go back to Denver and for sure I would stay again in this hotel, such a great experience:)))
