AC was going out in living room area, but bedroom had AC, staff offered to move us to a new room, but we were already unpacked and so sore from moving out of house all day we just decided to stay. The staff fixed the AC right away in the morning. Happy with staff and their willingness to try and work things out for us.

Best hotel we have ever stayed at! The rooms are set up perfectly for couples or families. The continental breakfast was the best I have ever seen. We will forever be staying at Homewood suites from this point forward!

The hotel was good. The issue was on the day we arrived, there was no hot water at all for 24 hours. We understand that things can break. The problem was that none of the guests were warned. That was unacceptable. We spoke to the front desk the following morning regarding this and they said they were told as the night management left. We all were freezing from the surprise showers. Many guests were complaining. No other issue.

This was a fabulous hotel. Would have rated higher but ac in the room which worked great made an annoying sound Not loud but annoying at night. Maintenance was quick to check it out but I think there was nothing that could be done. Breakfast was great, staff was attentive. Pool and hot tub were great. No other complaints very convenient and quiet location.
