Hotel was clean and comfortable but the parking fees were not clear and the maintenance staff was MIA. They put us in a room that had no power to any plugs or light and the AC thermostat was out and the AC was on full blast and couldn’t be adjusted the room would have been great for a family of penguins.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, I was not made aware that the hotel was undergoing some extensive exterior work when I booked my room. Scaffolding surrounds the bldg permitting workers a close up view of the rooms through the windows. Also there was some protective fabric that extended from the roof, over the scaffolding, and down to the ground in all sides of the property that made a ton of noise in the wind. Luckily I was able to turn on white noise in my room at a pretty high volume to minimize the sound. While my room was clean and comfortable, but it smelled like a wet dog had stayed there previously. Very disappointing. I hope they get this sorted soon.

Flight was delayed so I picked this hotel. Totally regret it because of construction going on. I was on 7th floor expecting a view right? Wrong. Construction had thick plastic and scaffolding covering my window. Then at 8:30am or so, a construction worker started right outside my window, for goodness sake! On top of that, housekeeping tried to come in around 8am but I had the latch closed so they couldn’t. I honestly don’t know what that hotel is thinking having their guests deal with that. When I checked out, only thing offered was 1,000 points for Hyatt members. Wow, not much there. Won’t be staying there just because of bad experience, stay on the main street next time. Also, very very limited food options.
