The room was great. Well stocked and comfortable. There is a park around the corner to walk or sit and relax and a great kids climbing area. We paid for parking that was unavailable when we arrived. We got a refund and there was street parking by the park.

The cleaners were running late, and they didn't text until right before check in. We had to check in an hour later than anticipated. Also, this location is a food desert. No food or drink, not even a liquor store within 1-1/2 miles.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The first red flag that I noticed when staying at Kasa Rino was a lack of in-person concierge upon arrival. You speak to a faceless bot who gives you a code 30 mins before arrival. At the end of the stay, I left a pack of smokes on the kitchen counter. The cleaner took a picture of the smokes, sent it to head office and said there was proof that I was smoking in the unit. At no point did I smoke inside the unit, or even on the balcony. I explained this to them, but they still did not return my deposit. Do not trust them.

the apartment was nice, and large, but there was construction at the site, blocking cars from going up to it for first 2 days, and the bed was hard as a rock, other than that it was very nice stay

Beautiful property, communication was excellent. Very noisy next to a train yard. Not much options close by for dining. Had to walk for about 20 minutes or take an Uber to get to restaurants.

Location was perfect! We were there for a Rockies game and Coors Field was within walking distance (0.5 mile). The grounds were getting worked on and are starting to look great! The room was clean and beautiful.
