The sheets and comforter had blood stains on them,the room had thick visible dust and you could tell it had not been deep cleaned in a while. I asked for the linens to be cleaned as I received numerous spider bites the first night I slept there and while I think the sheets were cleaned, they reused the comforter with the blood stains on the underside.

We just needed and booked at 9pm on the some day. If I had choice I would choose this hotel. Bad layout around and inside of the property, next door can peak through the window. Dirty and loud environment.

I was charged 500 dollars aftrr I checked out for a smoking fee. I don’t smoke tryed to tell front desk of this charge and was treated like a criminal. From staff at front desk. Don’t use this hotel they committed fraud to my credit card

Charged for prepay

I am still waiting for the manager of the hotel to respond to my email to him requesting a refund, which should not have been charged to my credit card, since I prepaid with hotels.com. His unresponsiveness to date has put a real damper on my experience. My credit card company yesterday came through and have issued conditional credits for the two charges, but I would still appreciate a response from this manager, at least acknowledging the mistake.

Dont expect much. The showerhead was too low for anyone over 5ft6. There were tiny ants in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok, typical continental stuff but limited seating and they kept running out b of food.

Only thing that bother me was the gross amount of ants we woke up to, floor, bed, tables, all in the bathroom bags, on the clothes, on the lamps, let's not forget crawling on the walls, some would call this an infestation On top of that the hot water is uncontrollable you are in boiling water or an Arctic waterfall absolutely uncalled for conditions for a hotel chain

For what it lacks in being modern or well kept it was quiet and convenient to where we needed it to be. Slept well enough and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hard to beat for the money if the basics are all that matter
