The front desk staff were nice enough, the area was super sketchy but I didn’t feel too worried (maybe I would reconsider if I was traveling alone). But the room was absolutely disgusting. The first thing I noticed was the smell. It was horrific, like putrid cigarette embedded carpet and there was literally urine dribbles on the toilet and what looked like pet vomit in the corners or the room. There was some kind of pet food kibble stuck in the corner between the carpet and baseboard. There were mystery stains on the bathroom sink. Other than that, the bed was clean. Everything else was gross and way less than ideal but a dirty bed would have been my dealbreaker. This was a last minute booking that we needed due to an unexpected trip extension. We were exhausted and just needed a place to rest our heads. It was 9:30pm Easter Sunday and I didn’t want to try my luck at finding another place. Had I arrived earlier I would have sought out a different accommodation, but we decided to tough it out. We checked in and *immediately* had to step back out to find the closest Walgreens to buy some Lysol air freshener and antibacterial spray. We wouldn’t have been able to sleep without doing so as the smell was so rancid. I read the reviews about it being bad but thought maybe there were exaggerating. Trust me, they weren’t. If you need a cheap place to stay and aren’t squeamish about mystery stains crusted around the room or sensitive to smell, this would be fine.

There was previous guest belongings in the drawer...it was not thoroughly cleaned. Room smelled musty. Inside of tub was stained/dirty. Room numbers layout was very confusing. Minimal signage for elevator available. We were told by staff at Denny's that this was an unsafe area.

Dirty - very unlike any la Quinta I have ver stayed at. Bed was comfortable but everything was broken or dirty from room to main lobby. Breakfast would have been ok if they weren’t “out of” everything because of a “broken cooler” and waffle maker “has been fixed a few times but not working right now”. It was a place to sleep but not a good one.

There was no hot water at all; the breaker went out, so the a/c, cable, and phone didn't work; access to the front desk was closed off due to new grout for the one door, and the other door they shut and locked, so there was no way to get assistance. Property welding and work was scheduled, but no signs about it, so we walked out of our room and had sparks flying in our face. I moved the chair to get to the a/c plug to try and see if that was the issue, and there were clumps of dust and hair behind it - no vacuum had been behind there. There was a half-drank fruit drink in the fridge that was not ours, so obviously the fridge had not been cleaned. Road work was scheduled in front of the place, but we were not told - obviously businesses knew, as the Denny's closed early due to no access to the road between the hotel and restaurant. The road work lasted until 3:30 am. If we hadn't been in a rush after delayed flights, and getting to a concert that night, then absolutely exhausted, we would have asked to move rooms or get a refund. We'll never stay there again.

We stayed one night on a moving trip. I thought the bed was comfortable. The property is a bit older and needs some maintenance. The concrete stairs are cracked in multiple spots and the walkway to the room was slanted. In the room the sink was clogged with a toothpaste cap. The bathroom tub was sealant from the floor and in the room you could tell the was a water leak in the ceiling at some point. The staff was nice and friendly. The location was convenient for it needs and for one night it was fine for the price.

When we got there our first room key didn’t work. The second room we got to have blood on the sheets. We left promptly and did not return. When we left they were also being accused of bed bugs by two other guests. Worst hotel I’ve booked at by far.
