Don't stay here

I decided to leave the property becuase our room was occupied by someone else when I arrived. Very dirty, beds weren't made, food all over, the door was wide open when I arrived.. disgusting. Wasn't given a refund even though I mentioned why I was leaving the property. Receptionist wasn't very nice about the issue either.

I didn't want to leave a poor review. The lady who checked us in was very nice! The next morning there was a man complaining about his stay. Complaining about the breakfast and at the time we didn't understand. We finally did, it would seem they were trying to cut costs by some days serving bagels, some days serving eggs, some days serving sausage. It was 7:30am and they had ran out of plates and bowls. It was like that the entire stay. We walked around the property and there was trash everywhere. They only gave 2 towels, despite us having 3 people in our room. We once asked the front desk for more toilet paper as there wasn't even a full roll when we got there and we were told no. The 2nd day, apparently they didn't clean at least 41 rooms. So no fresh towels or toilet paper. They were forced to give it to us at the desk. The room? There was ONE working outlet that they had a 6way plugged into to run the old refrigerator and microwave. The outlets in the bathroom didn't work. Much of the other staff were rude especially one girl. We will never stay here again.

When we arrived, they could not find our reservation because we did not pay in advance. I thought, we will be paying them when we arrived. The breakfast time is too early and there is not much food to select. The pictures in the advertisement are not the same in person. There was a spider in the tub and they are dirty. The carpet is dirty too. I wonder if they ever mop the floor and clean the carpet. A visitor that we met already check out just after 1 night of their stay.

When we got to room,it was occupied.We where given another room that was not cleaned, had to go find housekeeper for towels and toiletries. Very disappointed as have never had this experience at any other la quinta before.The breakfast was also very unattended

This place is at best a $40 a night hotel this place is a misplacent hotel for homeless people. There were bugs in the room, drug addicts walking around, not safe at all. Don’t waste your money. Go down the street to holiday inn for the same price

This was a horrible experience!!! First upon arrival this is not a hotel its a motel. I waited in lobby for 10 minutes while I heard staff in back giggling on phone. Finally she came up and called someone to see if they were awake while she was taking my info. Took my debit card & scratched her head with it. The elevator that was on other end had 2x4 on the floor holding up the floor up. Couldn't get in my room. And it looked very sketchy to where I couldn't sleep comfortable with my kids.

Room was somewhat clean. We had done precheck'in but upon arrival the clerk had no record. She also no record of our registration. The lack of customer service this women should lead to her immediate dismissal. Upon entering the elevator we were faced with vomit that had laid on the floor long enough for it to have dried. We were now faced with walking three flights of stairs. We checked the elevator the next day and the mess was still there. Our registration was for two days and three nights. Upon reviewing our paperwork we discovered that the receptionist had checked in another individual for six nights and seven days. Of course we had to return to desk to resolve this huge error. Thats right down three flights. Fortunately another individual was at desk and resolved this issue. Of course we had to return to the room, another three flights up. My wife and I are both over 70. The hostility we encountered, charged for someone else, climbing the equivalent of six flights and of course down. Upon check-out the elevator was still horrible. My wife and I expect a complete refund by July 6th.

Horrible customer service

I was traveling from NJ to Arizona and Westminster was going to be my 2nd hotel stop. Unfortunately, the trip was taking 14 hours when it was already 12 AM and my arrival said 4 AM in Westminster I tried calling hotels.com to see if they can extend my stay or check out by an extra hour and they denied it. I ended up, not even making it to the hotel because I was really really tired and ended up sleeping in my car. Of course they cannot refund me so now it’s safe to say I will not use hotels.com anymore.

When we got to the room, the first room smelt like urine really bad they gave us a second room that one had dirt all over the floor and the toilet didn’t flush. The sink had no stopper in it. The room smelt so bad still in that room, we went and bought air fresheners. The bed sheets had stains on them and it look like a wet spot still on it the sheet the beds one bed wasn’t made all the way the pool was filthy. I wouldn’t even go into it and other guest said the same thing. There was floating stuff on top of it that looked like feces in the bottom of it. It was just really overall a bad bad experience. They said they couldn’t even move us to another room because they were full, and as we left the front desk, they said they were gonna still rent out the room that smelt bad the first room they’ll just give it to another guest, they said it was so bad that you would gag when you walked in the people in the room next to us found a crack pipe and needles in their mattresses. It was just really a bad bad experience. They had loose wires hanging by the door to go into the lobby area

this hotel was disgusting. The bathtub pad. Dirt rings around it. The rug was stained smelled of puke. The parking lot was full of trash. They refused to give us a refund. We walked in and walked right out did not even stay.
