Staff was very nice & helpful. However, room had not been vacuumed in some time. Several pills were found in our room on the floor. We were roomed next to a family that apparently had been there for awhile that was cleaning our the motel and all stuff was stacked up in parking lot, etc....

First of, the check in was too long. I have a baby with me and yet he sent us to the furthest building and on the third floor. We had to take stairs, for some reason the elevator room won't open with our key. Second, the room smells weird when we got in and I didn't realized there was no fridge. Lastly, the toilet was clogged! Will never stay to this place again. For me it's not family friendly.

Feels unsafe for solo female travelers

Pulled into the parking lot of this hotel and couldn’t believe it, it looked nothing like the pictures. The immediate surrounding area was unkempt, there was a car in the parking lot that had an entire family’s worth of clothes and belongings scattered all on the lawn behind them. There were some people hanging around the premises that made me feel so uncomfortable, that I didn’t even step foot in the building and booked a last minute room elsewhere.

Exterior - trash and trash bags on side walks for 2 days. Bathroom toilet did not have pressure. Outlets were worn out. Plugs can falling out. No bathroom in lobby. Room was very clean.

I booked a handicapped room in the 1st floor as I have a wheelchair and prosthetic leg. I get there and zero handicapped room and on the 3rd floor far from the elevator. I also asked for something away from traffic that was from a major freeway. The 3rd floor room was above the sound barrier, so Nope, major traffic noise. Also faulty coffee pot I had to hold the hot piece in place to run. In the bathroom their was water that wouldn't shut off fully in the tub.

The heater did not work, one of the matresses on the king bed kept tiping every time i got in amd out of bed. I was charged $158 for no reason and it wasnt the deposit

Won’t stay there again.

Not clean. The curtains were very dirty. The tub was not clean. Had a problem getting clean towels. Definitely not La Quinta quality. No extra roll of toilet paper. Had to clean the drawers before I could put clothes in them.

READ THE FINE PRINT, BLACK MOLD. RIP OFF.

BLACK MOLD. LOTS of black mold. Under toilet in between toilet seat and the tank, in the groves of the shower, in the ac unit, also filled with dust, hair, and who knows what else. I have no idea when the last time anyone cleaned these places. The places where people can see and the sink area and living space was clean, but the places that you can’t see were the most disgusting, and when I say the most I mean the most l, thing i have ever seen.
