A very nice room. Clean, fridge and microwave. I love that you can watch your own Netflix. The only downside was that the bed was very soft, which hurts my back a little.

The shower was broken ...Staff did not want to come and help immediately ...they gave me keys to a different room ...but the door will not open ...the cleaning lady was standing next to me did not want to help ...she just made a phone call to the reception and said something in Spanish ...I had to go down to get help again...was panicked because I ws running late to a meeting...Reception phone was not working too...

Staff and building in general has an excellent vibe. Shannon was especially when the early check in explain a no pet policy which was different that the Hotels.com website. Her reassurances the day before check in and her greeting is at the door made it feel like home. Buck loved his dog treats. Thanks again!
