I was not happy that my rooms did not have a sofa in it like I thought it was supposed to have. Also I asked for connecting rooms when I reserved my rooms. Also called a few days before my stay to ask for connecting rooms. And while I know this isn’t always possible I would have been happy with rooms next to each other or even acccross the hall. But our rooms were about 7 rooms away. Which made it alittle difficult. Also my son in law was told parking would be 16.99 a night and the website said $10.00. I was told by the front desk agent that he was not told that and she was very rude about it . The other staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a great size. Breakfast was the usual verity. I did think the breakfast time should be later than 8:00 am. Some of us sleep in alittle longer on vacation.

Hotel was easy to find. The front desk staff were friendly and inviting. Beyond that, there's not much good I'm afraid. The room was pretty dirty. Old gum wad stuck to the corner of the table. Smears and smudges and streaks of stuff on every surface. The pull-out couch had the wrong size mattress (twin instead of a full) and the mattress itself felt like you were laying directly on the metal coils. We also had to call for linens to use on the sofa bed. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom and only a half-roll on the spinner. One tv had a very foggy, discolored picture. The second TV kept freezing after a minute of being on. So many things were just dingy or falling apart and very old.

Staff were welcoming & friendly. Everything about the room was nice except there was only one washcloth (I know we can go ask for another, but when a room sleeps 4 there should be at least 4. There was 2 of us), and the grout around the tub had a lot of pink, which is bacteria. But those are minor. It was a very comfortable room. Nice breakfast.

The room was decent for a one-night stay, it had a slight smell that I didn't like. I was disappointed that the TV continued to do an update while I was watching a movie. The shower water wasn't that hot. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room.
