Check in was a breeze and absolutely loved the staff. Had to wait a while in sub zero temps for the shuttle back to the hotel from DIA and had to call to make sure where to go. The driver to the airport did not supply info about pickup and could not answer when asked.

My family enjoyed staying here for a cheer competition. Everything was great except you had to use the front entrance because all of the other entrances did not work when you scanned your room keys.

Comfortable beds, convenient 24 hour free shuttle to airport, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast, short walk to Ruby Tuesdays or sandwiches. It could use some paint in a few places and the room door locks often require multiple trials for entry, but a great spot for our needs.

We stayed 2 times in one week. Our keycards did not work either time so we had to get new ones. Of those, only one would work and only 1 time, this on both stays. It's outdated with metal falling off the barely functioning elevator, paint peeling, water damage in both rooms and you could see by the door latch in our 2nd room the door had been kicked in at one point and not properly fixed, leaving it very easy for someone to again access the room. The shuttle doesn't run often. I called the hotel before our flight left to find out where we needed to be for pick up and the guy refused to tell me and told me to call back once we were at the airport. He had time to try to sell me the membership though. Upon arriving we called again and we were only told to go to island 3. They couldn't tell us when oir pick up time was. We went outside with our child at midnight where it was -6°, to find island 3 spans the entire length of the upper level. We were told by another company driver we were in the wrong spot and where to wait.

Very nice room for a great price. The pool was soooo warm and clean tgat it made up for the hot tub veing out of service. I took the shuttle to the airport at 4am and the driver was polite and efficient. Will be staying again when im in town.
