It was a great option for us since we had an early morning flight the next morning. Plenty of restaurant choices within a short walking distance. Room was nice and spacious. No complaints about the accommodations--very nice. Our only issue was a front desk clerk when we checked in who was less than helpful with instructions to get to our room (confusing layout) and more frustrating was regarding the hotel shuttle to the airport. We already knew to be at the airport two hours before. We simply were asking what time we should anticipate for shuttle transportation from pickup to drop-off at the airport. He repeatedly said two hours because of construction and traffic. All other staffers were pleasant and accommodating. We'd definitely return for the accommodations. We left before the breakfast buffet was open.

I’ve stayed here twice now. Staff is always very friendly and check in is quick! Love that airport transportation is available. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I give property condition & facilities ‘average’ only because the elevator needs updated and the sealing around the bathroom doors needs to be repaired better.

I checked in at 1230 am and had to be up by 6am to catch a flight. Just got settled in bed when someone walked into my room. I screamed, she screamed and left. A few minutes later we get a call from the front desk asking what our last name is. We tell him he hangs up. Get settled in bed again the front desk called back asking once again our last name. At this point it was hard to get to sleep. Complained in the morning and zero response to my complaint. Makes me never want to stay there again. It is scary to think someone will walk in on you.

Loved our stay here! We had the king bedroom that closes with a door to a separate area with a full out couch so it was perfect for staying with kids. Shuttle was very convienient to and from airport, and we loved the breakfast options! Very beautiful architecture from outside, didn’t get to enjoy the gardens much during our short stay but would love to again in the future!
