Walking distance from Downtown Denver, this charming bungalow is your dream rental. Open living areas, ample parking, and a remodeled kitchen. The stunning bathroom showcases new tile floors and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, a large living room, dining area, and two bedrooms await. Work from home with our sit-to-stand desk, monitor, and super fast wifi. A convenient mudroom leads to a patio and off street parking. The finished basement features a bedroom, bathroom, and stacked laundry.

Our customer service team is here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure.

Curtis Park is one of the city’s oldest and most diverse residential areas. The neighborhood’s heyday was from the late 1870s until 1893. The district is a showcase of architectural styles from that era, including Italianate, Queen Anne, and Victorian eclectic homes. Nestled among these mansions is our "Mini Mansion". We are just a half mile walk to the heart of RiNo Art District, with its lively street art, breweries, coffee shops, and shopping. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and downtown attractions.

In the heart of Curtis Park you will find Mestizo-Curtis Park. This hot spot has an outdoor pool, playground, and tall beautiful trees. You will also find a soccer, tennis, and a baseball court. St. Joseph hospital is located only a couple blocks away. When you visit the Curtis Park area you will also want to visit the Casino Cabaret where some of the best jazz musicians in the country have shows.

This home has three private bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. There is 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 2 twin beds.

Bedroom 1 - The stylish master bedroom with a comfortable King size bed, 40" Smart TV, and ample closet space is located upstairs.
Bedroom 2 - This upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds and a sit stand desk with a monitor. HDMI cord provided, bring your own adapter if needed.
Bedroom 3 - This private downstairs bedroom offers a Queen size bed with a bathroom across the hall.

You’ll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms in this home with walk-in showers. They feature bright lighting, large mirrors, hotel grade towels, and all the bathroom essentials, like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that your group may need.

Prepare your group a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. There are two stools at the counter for extra seating. The dining space is ideal for savoring meals, comfortably seating 6. Our bar cart has board games for a fun night in. Transitioning seamlessly, it opens into the expansive living room, featuring an L-shaped sectional, timeless coffee table, and a large window inviting abundant light. Whether you're planning your day's adventures, hosting a dinner party, or simply unwinding, this open-concept living area offers ample space for all your needs.

The house is as advertised. Clean, spacious, nice outdoor space and responsive hosts who gave clear instructions. Parking was easy. Can’t ask for much more. Location is great to explore the RINO and 5 points neighborhood and to easily walk to the ballpark for a game.

4th of July Week

We stayed over the week of 4th of July for a sporting event for our teenage daughter. The house was in a great location if you're looking to be close to the city and art district. We were only a 2 mile walk form LOHI as well. The house was perfect for our family and the hosts communicate well making for a great week.

Denver hiking trip

We used this property for our homebase for our hiking trip. House was just what we needed for our family of four. Location to downtown Denver was excellent. Communication was wonderful! It was nice to have the locked parking area for our rental vehicle. Would recommend this property for its convenience to many Denver area attractions. Would have liked a water pitcher system for chilled water on the warm days. Beds were very firm but comfortable.

Wonderful Stay

The mini-mansion at 832 26th Street worked very well for us as it is downtown and near the Savoy theater where we attended an opening for a new play written by a personal friend. The house is an old house that has been updated expertly without trying to hide that it is an old house. The layout works very well and the interior idetails are perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Love this chic house!

Omg, what a cute place to stay. My family and I loved this chic mini mansion! The house was spotless and exceeded our expectations. We loved the convenience of being far enough from downtown but close enough to go to dinner or shop at the Pavilions. My husband also loved being able to park behind the house instead of on the street. I would highly recommend this home to my friends and family!
