Mint House was great. Lots of codes for elevator, room to remember but great experience. Make sure to figure out parking at venue. Can be confusing where to park with $50 per day cost

We absolutely loved the Mint House and will continue to seek out these properties in the future. The only 2 issues was the proximity to train tracks, it was a little loud in the evenings however, the property provided ear plugs which was very thoughtful. The other being not enough lounging furniture in the living room. It could have used a love seat or something to accommodate 4 people. Other than that, we will definitely stay here again. Customer service and response time was amazing!!

The unit was very nice. Communication was good. Loved how close Whole Foods was. Coors Field was a 1/2 walk. The unit we stayed in was nice. You could hear trains most of the night. The sofa cushion cover was ripped in the back and foam was coming out of it. More toilet paper would have been nice as well. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Great location and great apartment

The Mint House was a wonderful place to stay. It was like a small apartment and so comfortable, well-appointed, and nice amenities. It was also a great location - close to everything downtown. We were quite frustrated with the check-in, however. It was a frustrating process since it was all self check-in, and we did not receive the codes by the time of check-in, so we were on hold for quite a while trying to talk to a person. It was also confusing trying to figure out how to pay and get a pass for parking. Aside from the awkward check in process, we loved our stay at Mint House.

Mint House Denver- August 2025

The parking situation to check in is a nightmare. We never received the check in room and door number so I had to call customer service and wait on hold, it did only take about 20 minutes. The view and location is great. Cleanliness was subpar, dirty sheets and rusty metal in the bathroom. That said, it was nice to be able to walk everywhere.
