Modern 4-level home, 3500 sq ft, in the Highlands, 3 miles west of downtown.

Close to Mile High Stadium, Denver Convention Center, Sloans Lake, and Highland Square. Built in 2016, 4-level, 5 bed, 4.5 bath duplex, 3,500 sq ft, a beautiful open floor plan, and 12 ft accordian doors in the great room opens up to a private courtyard. The primary and loft bedrooms both have private decks w/ city skyline views. The roof top has a living room w/ a wet bar and a west-facing deck with mountain views. The basement is complete with a theater room, bar, kitchenette, & gym.

Two very important rules:
1) Cigarette smoking is absolutely prohibited on this property - that means NO SMOKING INSIDE or OUTSIDE.
2) There are not to be more than 10 people on the property at any time, unless you have been given prior consent.

If you are observed breaking these rules, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Denver law prohibits short-term renting (VRBO) a house other than a hosts' primary residence. In other words... this is my home and I live here. This is not just a rental property. Please treat it accordingly.

*Please note: There are two outdoor motion-decting security cameras on the property that will be on and recording both audio and motion during your stay. One is monitoring the front door and a second is monitoring the backyard/backdoor of the home.

Please remove your shoes at the door. In most cases, shoes are okay on the first floor/hardwood, but DO NOT wear shoes on the stairs/carpet.
