Welcome to the Modern Charmer. True to its name, you'll find a comfortable, yet Modern Charm to the space. Walk right in to a large, open area, with a wrap around sectional that is also a queen sleeper sofa and a 75' smart tv. You'll also find a large dining table that fits 6 comfortably. This space accommodates your entire party for entertaining, gathering and relaxing in one big area. There is even an office space for any remote working needs or needing to get some quick work done on your vacation. Walking into the kitchen, you'll notice a freshly remodeled and clean space, stocked with everything you may need for all your cooking and baking needs. Downstairs is a fully stocked laundry room with a large washer and dryer. The back door takes you to the back yard space and grill. Heading upstairs, there are 2 good sized bedrooms. The larger one offers 2 queen beds with luxury mattresses and soft cotton sheets and duvets and a large wall mounted smart tv. The 2nd bedroom has another queen bed with a luxury hybrid mattress and the same comfortable bedding, and has an additional full sized futon, comfortable enough to sleep 2 adults. The bathroom offers a tub, shower and is white and bright. At the Modern Charmer, you'll find comfort, charm and a modern style, while being close to all your Colorado city or mountain vacation adventures. Come relax, work or play at the Modern Charmer.
