This modern escape is bustling with stylish decor and lovable amenities. From brand-new TVs, a dedicated workstation, blazing-fast wifi, travel essentials, and a bar cart to a fitness center and grills, this unit makes you feel right at home. It sleeps a total of 4 people with 1 king and 1 queen bed plus a couch. A short walk to Larimer Square, Union Station, Coors Field, and all that downtown Denver has to offer. Only a 2 hour drive to the mountains and ski country.

Other Things to Note:
A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the Airbnb app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable.

*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.
*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.
