Guests have access to the entire condo and private patio.

We give our guests the space you`d like, but we are only a call or message away. We also live in Golden and are close by to assist if needed.

-VRBO reservations will require a signed rental agreement. In addition, a pre-authorization on the credit card will be held three days prior to the arrival date. This is NOT a charge, just a pre-authorization and if there is no damage after check-out, the pre-authorization will drop off two days after checkout. Just like a hotel does.

STR-26-31 -Occupancy of the unit is limited to four adults and their dependents.
-If you are requesting an early check-in, it is subject to availability based on the schedule and there is an early check-in fee.
-Pets are NOT allowed by the building. If a pet is brought into the home, unfortunately the reservation will have to be ended.
-Minimum age to rent the home is 21 years old.
-Smoking is NOT allowed indoors
-No events or parties allowed
-There are neighbors, please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM
-Please park in assigned parking spot
