Enjoy the convenience of being close to Washington Park, Cherry Creek, the bike path and more! Our central location will make exploring all of Denver an absolute breeze.
This unit is part of a charming retro building with only three other units, offering a unique and peaceful atmosphere. Our long-term neighbors are friendly and happy to welcome guests. We kindly request that you help preserve the tranquility of the space by being considerate of noise, keeping the property clean, and taking care to tidy up after yourself and your pets in the outdoor areas.
Please inquire about pets as the HOA has pet restrictions. We can only host one pet.

Strictly 1 Dog allowed with a $150 non-refundable fee per month. We cannot host multiple pets. Please inquire if bringing a dog as the HOA has restrictions on breed types. 70 LBS MAX.
A $500 security deposit will be required for local guests.
Childproofing: No special measures taken; guests assume risk.
Travel Insurance/Cancellations: Highly recommended. No refunds are provided outside of the cancellation policy. Date changes are treated as cancellations if the new date is later. Check the booking site for details.
This is a quiet building with long term owners/tenants. This is not the place for you if you like to party, stay-up late, smoke etc.
