Ideally located in the historic neighborhood of Whittier, our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 1,6000 sq ft home is the perfect oasis. The fully fenced yard is ideal for kids to play—a short drive or bike ride to attractions (Zoo, Downtown, and more). It is only two blocks from City Park and the City Park Golf Course. The bar/restaurant at the golf course is one of the best places to watch the sunset in the city, with West views overlooking the course, city skyline, and mountains.

The home boasts a stunning interior that blends vintage and modern aesthetics to make the place feel like home. The fenced backyard with grass, a covered patio, a picnic table, a grill, and sun lounging chairs make it the perfect outdoor sanctuary for you and your family during your stay. Bring your yard games on your road trip here, and you could make endless memories!

3rd Bedroom - 2 Twins. These are stackable beds. Photos show both arrangements.

Please note the owner lives in the basement. He travels a lot during the week but you may see him coming and going. He has his own separate entrance through the backyard.

Awesome location to city park and zoo but the most important was it was 3 blocks down from my daughter. Clean, ample supplies for kitchen and bathrooms. Street parking really not a problem. Rented a wagoner and it was big but always found space for it. Communication spot on. Great restaurants within walking distance. Nice having a bigger property to stay and the 2.5 baths were awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Location

This house worked really well for our family of five. The neighborhood was quiet but beautiful, and the house itself was so close to City Park. Our trips to the Museum of Nature and Science, as well as the Zoo, we're so easy because of it. Downtown or the highway we're equally easy to get to as needed. The home itself was clean and well stocked with the basics!

Excellent space for 4-6 people and well located (area still developing somewhat). Very clean and comfortable spaces and well appointed with blankets, kitchen and bedding.
