This home is brand new start to finish and was designed just for a vacation rental house! So come on and enjoy all the fun things there are to do in this home. Family and large group friendly!

Location! Location! Location! This home is hidden in the cozy heart of Centennial walking distance Ben Franklin Pool with SLIDE, walking distance to the High Line Canal and DeKovend Park, minutes from Trader Joes, Whole Foods and all the shoppes of Southglenn with a wide variety of restaurants, movie theater, easy 30 minutes to anywhere in Denver, 90 minutes to Summit County, this home will surely make memories for your family's next adventure to Colorado!

As soon as you walk through the double doors of Panama Drive you will have a sense of feeling at home and excited about exploring all of the spaces in this fun grand house! The entryway invites you to a choice of gathering spaces for you and your family. The open concept will let you enjoy a larger or intimate gathering with 3 living spaces and a large kitchen fitted with all of your cooking desires accompanied by a family dining table that seats 10 comfortably. Upstairs you'll find your choice of four bedrooms, each with their own 55" TV internet ready for your streaming movie nights! There is a shared bathroom with a double vanity and separate toilet with a bathtub/shower. Two private queen quarters plus a private bunkroom with a queen over twin bunk bed will surely give you your privacy and comfort while staying. The primary suite has a king bed and an en-suite shower with changing area including a laundry chute that goes to your full laundry station on the main level!

Downstairs you'll find the just remodeled game room plus a bunk bed sleeping quarters for your kiddos! The basement features a 3 twin bunk and a pull-out couch, along with a 75" TV, built in electric fireplace, reclining couch and a Pockey table! A Pockey table is a 3 table unit for air hockey, pool and ping pong! Some games and a dart board help the fun flowing when you're enjoying family time!

Outside you'll find a fully fenced in large yard for your traveling fur buddies! Basketball hoop in driveway and the covered patio is a wonderful place to enjoy anytime in Colorado with a propane fire pit, seating area and grill/smoker. Enjoy the attached 2 car garage and extra parking space in the driveway and feel free to shoot some hoops!

Transportation: Guests can park in the driveway or in the two car garage. You are also welcome to park on the street.

Events: NO Events are allowed at this home.

Pets: We allowed 2 pets with each booking. Any pets over 2 will be charged at $25 per night.

Swamp Cooler/ Evaporative Cooler:
A unique feature to this Colorado home is that the heating/cooling is regulated by an evaporator cooler system and boiler. This is an alternative to traditional AC/heat which is only utilized in 2 states, CO and AZ. This allows for the home to be cooled & heated naturally through the water source which is a natural humidifier, something anyone can appreciate in the dry climate of CO! Easy to use and adjust to your temperature needs through the thermostat. *Please note- the swamp cooler runs from June to September ONLY.

Please note as stated above this property does not have a standard A/C unit. It has a Swamp Cooler which helps cools the home, but the air is being pushed into the home through a vent from upstairs and water is pumped into the unit. This unit blows cold air into the home and windows must be cracked in order for this unit to work properly. Temperature in the home varies depending on the temperature outside. Please note, that we cannot guarantee that the swamp cooler will cool the home to your desired temperature. Please take this into consideration when booking as we do not give refunds. Please see the welcome guide for further instructions.

Booking (Rental Agreement and Driver's License): A rental agreement will be sent to you after your booking has been reviewed. Your booking can be cancelled at anytime due to none payment, dates overlapping with another guest that were not listed on VRBO's calendar or if the Rental Agreement, Broker Disclosure, and copy of your Driver's License has been received or singed. Signed agreements must be completed and a copy of your Driver's License must be received before access will be granted. *Please note- Signing a Rental Agreement and providing a copy of your Driver's License is our office policy and it must be completed in order to receive access to the home. If Agreement is not signed, or a copy of your Driver's license has not been received access WILL NOT be granted, a refund will not be given. *
