My friend and I needed a place located between Denver and Boulder. This place was perfect. It was quiet, clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Charlie was easy to work with and communicated everything we needed to know. I highly recommend this property.

Family trip

Very clean, nicely socked with essentials in kitchen and bath. The only thing I would change is to put a full size couch in the unit. We could only sit 3 off the 4 people in our party in the living room area when relaxing.
