Unlike many listings in the area, this isn't a townhouse or condo. It's a guest suite with an entirely separate entrance and is completely private. You'll have more space (>1300 sq ft) with your own front door, an outdoor seating area, and a spacious kitchen and living room.

The house has an open floorplan with a living room/TV/Fireplace area and an adjoining kitchen. The large couch in the living room is extra cozy and can sleep one person.

There is free street parking, but please read parking signs.

You'll have complete access to the lower unit.
