Enjoy the recently refreshed kitchenette which is appointed with stainless steel appliances. It is important to note that there is no stove, only a convection mini oven.

This home also features:
- Quiet street, family friendly neighborhood near parks and reserves, short walk to bus transport
- Complete privacy from the upstairs unit, you have your own entrance from the back of the house and the top unit does not have access to the bottom unit (the door has been locked off for privacy).
