The advertised airport did not operate. Another $60 in uber fees. The checkin counter was not staffed for a long time. The door key cards did not work Sheets stained and not changed- full of hairs.

Great hotel, but need mor shuttles!

Let me be clear, the service of all the staff was excellent. Why i ranked this lower is the lack of sufficient airport shuttle service. The room and breakfast and staff were all excellent and i would stay again. However, you need to at least o e more shuttle or drop 2 of the 4 hotels you service. I had to wait an hour for the 2nd trip of the shuttle because it fills up so fast. You should not have only 1 8-person shuttle servicing 4 fairly large hotels every half hour. I met one woman who waited to finally get on the 3rd trio. About 1.5 hours.

Watched another couple check in and given a room key , when they went to that room… someone was sleeping in there. Terrifying to see this happen. They did 3 different rooms before leaving because they weren’t given an empty clean room
