I reservation without a “real room” or without key

I ended up not staying. After checking in to the last room available the key wasn’t working so we were “kicked out “ to find another place to stay at 1am. It was the worse experience in the last 20 years.

The first initial stay was a little rough with rude neighbors, but the the second time around, it was good. The propery needs updated on repairs, but it was good overall. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Ok hotel in a convenient location.

The moment I walked into the lobby, I was assaulted by marijuana smoke. Hugely offensive. I waited a few minutes for the receptionists to arrange an Uber for someone sitting there. Check-in itself was fine. The room was fine. Nothing fancy, but affordable. Just don't plan to hang out in the lobby unless you want a contact high.

What I didn't like was that I asked for a 3am Wake-Up Call and I didn't receive one at all. I don't usually ask for much but when I've asked for something important like a wake-up call and don't receive one. It doesn't say much for the personnel on duty.

The floors are bumpy and uneven, they did not have any extra pillows, almost every time we left our rooms our cards stopped working so we would have to go back down to front desk, smelled like weed, very very uncomfortable pull out bed.
