We weren’t told that overnight parking would be $32 and then we were woken at 6:25 am to tell us that we had an hour to leave the lot otherwise we would be charged again. We had planned on leaving at nine but ended up going across the street to a Panera to wait for someone to meet us. Breakfast was not included with our room. I couldn’t get the internet to work even with my membership. There was no microwave in the room.

The Air conditioning would not shut off even though we had the thermostat on 80 degrees. Slept horribly in the ice box. Nice overall facility. Great staff

We noticed our 7th floor room had a left sauce cup at the top of the headboard and there were ants in the room by the balcony door. Was way better stay our first trip prior this time was not as great.

Hotel has its own parking garage yet customers are required to park at 32$ for over night. This is ridiculous since we are already paying to stay there. Breakfast is not complimentary and at a steep price of 22$.

The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good. Great atmosphere in the restaurant and bar. I wish the restaurant was open before dinner for room service. The area around the hotel is a bit sketchy. But the property felt safe.

What a disgrace. This hotel has potential but it’s in a terrible neighborhood and trash, homeless people. Our door had been pryed open, lock didn’t work. Pool area was disgusting. Worn out furniture thrown around, rugs smelled of mildew, employees were rude and spoke little English. No sign to help you figure out how to get in hotel after 11. The pictures are old. What a crappy stay
