Lovely facility. Particularly liked the swimming pool! Some trash was left in the room and mgmt removed immediately and apologized and comped us the parking fee!!would stay again but the amenities were overkill if only staying for one night. Plan to stay longer .

The property was convenient to our venue. I was impressed to see housekeeping wiping the doors and trim on the exterior of the room. There are some areas in the building that due need a spruce up, but overall a great place to stay.

Booked Hotel thru Hotel.com for a red rocks concert. Room I booked wasn’t actually avail and never was acc to front desk gal. so did 2 queens. Service was good but had a tech issue w something which tripped fire alarm. Slept in car for 90 minutes until could go back in. Went down for bfast 3 minutes after deadline (figured maybe they could extend due to sleeping in car) but nope. Anyway not a pleasant stay. Maybe next time. Ugh

J'ai adoré la configuration de la chambre. C'est comme un petit appartement. Cuisine et chambre fermée. L'accueil a été impeccable et la chambre très propre. Le lit était très confortable. Le déjeuner était excellent. Pas de bac pour séparer les déchets du recyclage. Pas de bornes pour les VE. Supercharger Tesla et Electrify America à moins de 2 kilomètres cependant

Unheated Pool — Too Cold Even in Hot Summer Day

Disappointing! We picked this property, over competitors, because they advertised an indoor pool. When checking in, I mentioned this, and the front desk clerk commented that they didn’t heat the pool. What an understatement! We found the pool having extremely cold. We got out immediately. Another family came, and they did the same thing. And, outside temperature sat in the 90’s that day. What a disappointment for our three-year-old grandson. We found our suite clean and spacious. Decent channel selection. But the hotel had only one luggage cart, which the staff used to haul miscellany, meaning not available for us to use. We won’t return…
