Property is envisioned as a community and includes a mix of folks that live there and people staying (e.g., hotel). Vibe was oriented toward amenities - pool table, amazing workout facilities, young-professional lifestyle. Apartment was a one-bedroom - had everything we needed - spacious and clean. Loved having washer dryer. If using as a hotel, note that some typical services are not present: daily in-room coffee provided only at the start, no refresh for towels (we were there 5 days, which was a bit long for this). Would have loved to partake in the hot tub (one not working, one crowded as a result) and pool (said it was "heated" but it was too cold for us in late April). Otherwise it was an excellent choice for a big conference (convention center was 1 mile away, so good morning walk distance). Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Felt safe at all times walking in city. Trains are just across the way if you want to travel a bit (not noisy at all, very quaint). We could also walk to the baseball field for a game. Really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic Place!!

Super convenient location to Union Station and tons of fun restaurants nearby. Loved that there was a grocery store nearby since we had a full kitchen in our apartment. The entire space was modern, clean, and just lovely. The bed was super comfy and there was plenty of space to lounge in the living room. The amenities were exceptional. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The gyms were nicely outfited as well.

This was a great location for our trip to Denver. We could walk to the Rockies game and to Ball Stadium easily and the staff was very friendly and helpful with things to do in the area. The amenities were great as well.

We were traveling with two dogs. The "pet run" area was absolutely disgusting. I did see them power-washing the area, so it is not completely their fault. But the smell was so overpowering, really terrible. The second day of our stay as we were walking into the pet run there was a large splatter of dog vomit that my partner and I both stepped in. Just remember, this is a place where people live. Not a hotel. When I went and requested a few extra towels they said they did not have any, to come back tomorrow, and that they only allowed one additional towel. There are a lof of good things, however we didn't get to enjoy most of them due to having our pets with us. I also had not planned on $75 parking. I'd just say if you're booking here to read everything very thoroughly. There is also a non-refundable $75 pet fee. The cost of staying here racked up so fast and was not worth having the bad experience. I wish I had just booked any regular old hotel but am not familiar with the Denver area.

Attempted to steal money. Staff is horrible

Staff was incredibly rude and tried to charge us $250 because they said someone reported us smoking in the room. We did not and had to debate for 20 minutes while the receptionist talked down to us.
