We chose this upgraded room for the balcony — but the door was locked and not allowed to open so we couldn’t use it. The shampoo bottles were broken so we didn’t get any. The microwave and kitchen hadn’t been cleaned so we had to clean it ourselves. Really disappointing.

Great views from the 6th floor, staff were friendly and helpful especially when we couldn’t get into the apartment. The only downside is they’re still holding money on my Visa card which is already 4 days after our checkout

Great apartment style hotel! The staff was friendly, check in was easy, the room was clean and spacious. The only downside was apparently all 3 hot tubs were not functioning 🤔 and one of the reasons we picked this place was because they had a hot tub.

Beautiful and very clean room (apartment) with awesome city views Joseph at the counter recommended. I let them know we were there for a big milestone celebration. The "Experience Manager" Jessica soon arrived at our door with a lovely handwritten card and a bottle of champagne. It was a great experience and we plan to return for a longer stay.
